Thank you for installing SoliCall's PBXMate.

The PBXMate helps you improve and monitor audio quality. You can listen to case studies here.

To allow seamless integration, this version of PBXMate is pre-configured as a Sip-Proxy. To connect a phone to the PBXMate, on the phone itself, change its Sip Proxy port number to 5061 (instead of 5060). If you are using a Registrar port, then change it to 5061 as well. Afterwards, when you make a call from/to this phone you should see the call's details in the Statistics.

Echo Cancellation is disabled by default. You can enable it via the Basic Setup tab and afterwards restart the PBXMate via the Control Panel tab.

To test the audio filtering, dial from the phone, you have just connected to PBXMate, to an external number, for example to a mobile phone at a noisy street, and during the call toggle the filtering: *9 to deactivate filtering and #9# to activate again. Note:
1. After each successful toggle you should hear a short confirmation tone.
2. Do not do this test during a call between two internal phones that are connected to PBXMate since the toggle will not work properly.

SoliCall's PBXMate evaluation version support up to 3 concurrent channels and each call has a limit of 10 minutes.
